  • No appointment deposit is required unless specifically stated for a particular treatment, package, promotion, or booking situation.
  • Patients are requested to notify the clinic at least 24 hours in advance for appointment changes or cancellations.
  • If a patient arrives late, the clinic may hold the appointment for up to 10 minutes.
  • Late arrival may reduce consultation or treatment time, or may require rescheduling depending on clinic availability.
  • The clinic does not currently apply a general no-show penalty, but repeated no-shows may affect future booking availability.

4. Consultations and Treatment Suitability

Certain treatments, especially treatments involving medical devices, injectables, prescription-related products, or medical assessment, may require consultation with a licensed doctor or qualified clinic professional before treatment.

  • Final treatment suitability is determined after consultation.
  • The clinic may refuse, postpone, or modify a treatment if it is considered unsuitable or unsafe for the patient.
  • Patients are responsible for providing accurate information about their health condition, medication use, allergies, treatment history, pregnancy status, and other relevant information when asked.
  • Online information, website content, chat messages, or social media content do not replace an in-person consultation or medical assessment.

5. Treatment Results, Risks, and Downtime

Treatment results vary between individuals. Results may depend on factors including skin condition, age, lifestyle, treatment history, metabolism, aftercare, and individual biological response.

  • The clinic does not guarantee a specific treatment result, outcome, duration, or level of improvement.
  • Some treatments may involve temporary redness, swelling, bruising, discomfort, sensitivity, dryness, peeling, downtime, or other expected reactions.

6. Pricing and Promotions

  • Packages and promotion purchases may be transferable to another person, subject to clinic approval and applicable treatment suitability.
  • Packages and promotion purchases are valid for a maximum period of 1 year from the purchase date, unless otherwise stated in writing.
  • Unused sessions after the validity period may expire and may not be refundable.
  • The clinic may review exceptional cases at its discretion, but this does not create a general right to refund.

9. Package Transfer Conditions

If a patient wishes to transfer a package or promotion purchase to another person, the clinic must be informed before the transferred service is used.

  • Transfer is subject to treatment suitability, clinic approval, remaining package validity, and applicable conditions.

10. Minors and Parent or Legal Guardian Consent

Patients under the legal age may receive consultation or treatment only when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, unless otherwise permitted by applicable law and clinic policy.
